party administrator in overseeing the details of your
risk mitigation program, Preferred Alliance places
customer service at the top of our priority list.

Preferred Alliance representatives are available
8AM to 5PM Monday through Friday. In case of
emergency drug testing needs, many of our staff
members and testing vendors are available 24-hours
a day, 7 days a week through an automatic paging
system. In addition, our on-line and phone response
systems are accessible around the clock for your
convenience.
